Your New Role
In this senior position, you will lead design strategy and drive the evolution of user-centred digital products.
Acting as both a creative and strategic partner, you will help define product goals, refine user needs, and influence direction from discovery to delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead high-level design initiatives and guide the product vision across the full lifecycle
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable design strategies
Prioritise design work based on value, feasibility and user impact
Contribute to backlog refinement and support feature definition
Champion user-centred design and promote best practices across the team
Ensure consistent, high-quality design output for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with developers and product colleagues to deliver polished, functional features
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or working closely with Product Managers
3+ years of mobile design experience, including live apps
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience designing for SaaS environments
A portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions for real-world products
