Your role will be that of a fashion mentor, guiding customers during their shopping experience. You'll provide top-notch answers and solutions to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or social media. You'll answer product-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with credit simulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a fashion expert and offer personalized advice to customers.
* Provide clear and concise answers to customer inquiries over the phone, via email, or on social media.
* Troubleshoot product-related issues while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor.
* Assist customers with online credit simulations and ensure they are completed successfully.
* Handle prospect and client calls in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to redirect cases and issues to the appropriate teams.

Requirements:
