A social media enthusiast and Polish speaker can thrive in this role as a Developer Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve escalations/appeals from developers regarding actions on their apps;
* Simplify complex issues to create clear summaries for communication via email, ticketing, and chat;
* Conduct detailed research with high attention to detail;
* Handle multi-tasking and complex decision-making;
* Communicate effectively, demonstrating knowledge of app store policies and empathy towards developers;
* Review, maintain, and curate data, proofreading documents for publication.
Requirements
* Fluent in Polish & proficient in English;
* 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Problem-solving aptitude;
* High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory);
* Valid work permit in Portugal.
