Requirements:
5+ years of experience working as Delivery management;
2+ yearsof recent experience and knowledge of iGaming industry;
Experience in managing an organization of 25+ people;
Experience in sales, pre-sales and RFP/RFI activities and processes;
Experience working with legal documents (MSA, SOW etc) in service business models;
Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies;
experience in design and set up of Agile and Delivery processes (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum);
Experience working with end-to-end solutions for customer different levels of maturity;
Experience with solution delivery of fix-price projects;
Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity;
Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients;
Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary;
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;
Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented a quick thinker-doer;
Advancedlevelof writing and verbal English.
Responsibilities:
Program Management.
Managing a set of Projects which are linked to one another, in a sequential manner to attain the combined benefit.
Including but not limited to managing inter-dependencies between projects, ensuring resource capacity and availability, and achieving program-level goals.
Organization, Operations & Performance Management:
Supervising New Engagement Onboarding.
