The Role
This is a unique hybrid role combining product ownership, customer success, marketing and executive support.

Key Responsibilities
* Product Ownership – support the development of our interview preparation solution, gather customer feedback and help shape product improvements.
* Customer Success & Sales – liaise with customers and account managers, run product demos and identify upsell opportunities.
* Marketing – contribute to campaigns and resources that promote our products to students and career centres.
* Executive Support – assist the Managing Director with planning, organisation and operational tasks.
Requirements
* Fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
