The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality, engaging, and calming mobile games for audiences worldwide.Role Description Infinity Games is looking for aUA Managerto join our growing Marketing & User Acquisition team.This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing and mobile growth, who can manage acquisition channels, create and test ad creatives, and provide actionable market insights to help shape both marketing strategy and product direction.The UA Manager will play a key role in scaling our mobile games through paid acquisition, creative iteration, store testing, and market research.This is a hybrid role, with regular presence in our Odivelas office.Responsibilities Manage and optimize User Acquisition campaigns across ad networks such asGoogle Ads, AppLovin, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others Act as an extension of the UA function by independently handling campaign setup, monitoring, and performance improvement Create ad concepts and marketing creatives for paid campaigns, with a strong focus on creativity and testing new angles Write and develop ad scripts for video and other promotional content Evaluate campaign performance and provide clear recommendations based on key UA metrics and creative results Submit and manage promotional content across platforms and support efforts to streamline and automate these processes LeadASO A/B testinginitiatives, including testing icons, screenshots, banners, and other store assets to identify winning variations Conductmarket research and competitive analysisto identify new trends, successful creative angles, emerging game concepts, and prototype opportunities Provide insights and market analysis to internal teams in order to inform game development, creative direction, and growth opportunities Work closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Dev teams to align UA strategy with business and product goalsRequirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, obtained in Portugal --> If obtained outside Portugal, official DGES recognition is mandatory Proven experience inUser Acquisition, performance marketing, or mobile marketing Strong knowledge of major ad platforms such asGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, etc Experience analysing and optimizing campaigns based on performance data and business goals Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with metrics such asCPI, ROAS, retention, LTV and ARPU Ability to create or guide the creation of ad creatives and scripts with a performance-driven mindset Experience withASO testingand app store optimization is highly valued Ability to work in ahybrid model in Odivelas(this is not a fully remote role) Good communication skills inEnglish, both written and spoken Organised, proactive, creative and results-orientedNice-to-Haves Previous experience in themobile games industry Experience with attribution and analytics tools such asAppsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar Familiarity with creative testing pipelines for video, static and playable ads Interest in consumer behaviour, mobile trends and competitor analysis Experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows, research and operational efficiencyWhat We Offer Hybrid work model with a real team culture Opportunity to work on international mobile games with millions of players High ownership and impact on growth strategy Friendly, informal, and collaborative environment Room to grow, experiment, and bring creative ideas to life
