Customer Experience Specialist
We are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and web chat. They will be responsible for guiding users through the card payment compliance process, explaining its importance and offering step-by-step assistance.
The ideal candidate will help users navigate our online platform, with the goal of resolving issues on the first contact by efficiently collecting necessary information. Additionally, they will identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services when appropriate.
* Fluency in English or other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Polish, Dutch, or Swedish is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is also essential.
