Application Support Specialist (L2/L3) Role
This role plays a crucial part in Sofyne's success by providing global support services to our customers for Manufacturing Execution System projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client expectations for support issues at levels L2 and L3.
* Offer technical assistance to key users during deployment at each site.
* Provide ongoing support to sites with deployed solutions in production.
* Analyze issues and suggest solutions or workarounds.
* Handle corrective code for maintenance activities.
* Manage application releases and software deployment.
* Conduct audits of support sites from both technical and organizational perspectives.
* Contribute to improving internal tools and processes.
* Maintain a knowledge repository for support queries and fixes.
* Participate in 24/7 shift support.

Technical Competencies:
A basic knowledge foundation is required. Nice-to-have skills include:
* Experience with manufacturing and logistics software implementations.
* Familiarity with C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
* Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain principles.
Education Requirements:
* Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or IT Engineering.
Training Provided:
We will offer intensive training in manufacturing and logistics systems based on DELMIA Apriso products during the first month.
