Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Administration: Manage outsourced payroll processes for Italy and Portugal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Support and Liaison: Provide payroll support for Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark) when needed.

3. Communication and Resolution: Liaise with third-party providers, internal teams, and local authorities to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience in European payroll administration, with essential knowledge of Portugal and Italy.
">
* Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Italian is highly desirable.
">
* Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
">
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
">
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with systems like Sage, ADP, QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
