For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
6. At least 5 years of professional experience working with the Scrum framework and Agile principles
7. Proven experience in product backlog management and backlog refinement techniques
8. Ability to help teams create clear, concise, and value-driven Product Backlog Items (PBIs)
9. Strong understanding of empirical product development and product planning
10. Experience supporting and coaching the Product Owner to maximize product value through effective backlog management
11. Proven experience facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
12. Experience coaching teams in non-mature Agile/Scrum environments
13. Demonstrated ability to ensure well-facilitated Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement actions
14. Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level)
15. Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit)
