* Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve service requests efficiently.
* Manage personal ticket queue and prioritize tasks accordingly to meet customer expectations.
* Review support documentation and contribute feedback to enhance processes.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have native/fluent German skills (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level). Previous customer service experience is beneficial for success in this role.
