We're hiring for a fully remote customer support role based anywhere in mainland Portugal. You'll be supporting Dutch-speaking customers for one of the most recognized tech brands in the world -probably the device is in your pocket right now.What you'll be doingYou'll be responsible for the customer journey - from the moment something goes wrong with an order to the moment it's resolved. That means:Handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat Managing returns, refunds, and payment transactions Investigating delivery issues and coordinating with carriers and couriers Reviewing orders and handling business-related requests Working with financial institutions and internal teams when needed Applying PCI and GDPR standards when handling sensitive customer data Using an internal Knowledge Base to identify complex cases and escalate them to the right team Shifts run on rotation, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 00:00, 40 hours per week.What you bringNative or near-native Dutch (Mandatory) English at B2 level (training and internal communication are in English) An eye for detail and enough confidence to make decisions without someone looking over your shoulder Comfortable working towards personal and team KPIs Back-office or SAP experience is a big plus, but we're not going to turn you away for not having itWhat you need to have in placeLiving in mainland Portugal Valid NIF number and CRUE registration A stable internet connection at homeThe offerGross salary between €1,500 and €1,600/month, depending on working days and your performance bonus Full equipment provided Health insurance from day one A 1-year Portuguese employment contract Access to language classes, sports activities and social event A modern, international work culture with growth opportunitiesInterested?
