Senior HRIS Administrator Role

Sodexo Business Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Administrator to join their team in Portugal. This individual will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

This role requires technical expertise in troubleshooting, understanding requirements, and recommending new configuration changes. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain system stability, optimize performance, and drive enhancements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration, strong knowledge of global HR processes, payroll operations, and compliance requirements. Experience with Role-Based Permissions, workflows, and business rules in SuccessFactors is also essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with colleagues from different departments, and develop skills in project management, system implementation, and HR-specific expertise.

* Key responsibilities:
* Lead the administration of Employee Central (EC), ensuring efficient system performance and continuous improvement.
* Manage configurations, business rules, and permissions while collaborating with our AMS partner.
* Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies and applying innovative solutions to enhance HR processes.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
* In lieu of the degree, 5 years of experience plus functional experience.
* 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration experience.
* 3+ years of experience supporting Employee Central Payroll or SAP Payroll (on-premise or cloud).
