Director Global Business Services Center
This is a key leadership position responsible for the operational management of the center, providing value-added services to business functions.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, high emotional intelligence, problem-solving capabilities, business acumen, and a strategic mindset.
* Leadership: Develop and execute a roadmap for the global business services center, aligning its goals with the overall business strategy, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize shared services functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and other relevant departments to enhance operational efficiency.
* Client Relationship and Governance: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations while delivering superior services.
* Talent Management: Align with the center Head of HR for talent management strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring the development and retention of a skilled workforce.
* Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a diverse and high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and reduce operational costs.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure high service quality and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) while implementing quality control measures and best practices.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, manage operational risks, and maintain a robust control environment.
* Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the center's performance, providing regular reporting to senior management.
Suitable candidates should have senior professional experience with a specialization or master's degree in business administration or related fields. They should also possess cultural awareness and be able to work across European cultures.
