Job SummaryThe Accountant Administrative performs a range of clerical and accounting support functions. Gathers, interprets, enters and reports accounting information to assist Accountants. The Accountant Administrative may work with one or more countries within a region.Key tasks & Activities
* Receives payment documents (expenses, employees' expenses, raw material or investments);
* Checks, verifies and processes invoices and respective purchase order (PO);
* Sorts, codes and enters accounts payable data in SAP system;
* Files and organizes invoices;
* Performs general administrative tasks.Who we are looking for...
Background and Experience
* Degree or professional course in Accounting;
* Approximately 2 years of experience in the same role (not mandatory).Technical Skills
* Accounting clerk;
* Experience with MS Office, specially Excel;
* English language proficiency;
* Experience of working with SAP (not mandatory).Working hours:9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
