Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, established in Portugal since 2007.
We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and specialize in management, implementation, development, and maintenance of information systems.
Our expertise spans sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and efficient support to users of our systems;
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on support issues and their resolution;
* Develop a working understanding of our systems and business area to provide high-quality support;
* Process requests for specific actions, including data processing, extraction, and custom work;
* Create control points to ensure smooth workflow and draft ad-hoc reporting.
Requirements
* Experience in application support;
* Familiarity with ITIL processes;
* Proficiency in Linux;
* Knowledge of databases, particularly Oracle;
* Experience with Ansible and Dynatrace;
* Background in Financial Markets, especially Transversal Financial Markets (desirable);
* Experience with ServiceNow;
* Fluent English – Mandatory.
