Managing the accounts teams, across DE, PT, LU, NL, UK .
Taking the lead globally on all payable processes and being the global finance
lead for all procure-to-pay processes and activity

Key Responsibilities
Managing the accounts teams, across DE, PT, LU, NL, UK
Manage SSC accounts payable
Responsible for all finance elements of procure-to-pay processes.
Using KPI metrics, track and report key performance measures. Communicate metrics to relevant stakeholders to highlight issues, identify root causes, and solve in conjunction with other functional process owners.
Manage payment, close activities, financial reviews and reconciliations within reporting deadlines
Manage escalations by liaising with all relevant suppliers and internal stakeholders
Engage with key stakeholders across the business to ensure they are receiving an excellent service and work with them to achieve the performance targets
Responsible for timely and accurate performance reporting as per agreed service levels and ad hoc reporting, as required
Prepare and present reports to Head of SSC and other stakeholders
Maintain and enhance the governance controls operating across the team
What do you need to succeed?
Results Driven
Excellent attention to detail and maintain high standards
High flexibility, drive and customer orientation
Good communication skills, quickly able to establish credibility with stakeholders
Able to deal with multi currencies.
Understanding of relevant country accounting practices and the regulatory environment
Demonstrable people management and people development skills
Experience of high volume invoice processing and approval work flows.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing AP teams
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced English
