Experience Requirements & Role Expectations
* 4+ years of full‑time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house designer experience highly preferred
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders with an agile development process
* Proficient in creating wireframes, using UX design tools and prototyping
* A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web‑based products or mobile applications with complexities
* Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
* Worked with enterprise products or B2B domain is a big plus
Role Responsibility
* Deliver hands‑on design solutions for moderately complex enterprise business scenarios and well‑defined business problems, aligning with property partners' vision and our business goals
* Actively engage in research and collaborate with researchers to evaluate the impact of proposed solutions, driving improvements and refinements toward achieving desired outcomes in property partner‑facing products
* Acquire deep domain knowledge in both B2B and B2C aspects of the OTA business through daily collaboration with product leaders, analyzing research insights, and working closely with product stakeholders
* Represent "Agoda Design" by advocating user‑centric design principles and engaging with external property partner touchpoints
* Collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery processes, validating and shaping ideas to experiment with and build upon, thereby influencing enterprise product strategy and roadmap
