Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Global Finance team by recruiting a Junior Financial Controller, based in Alfragide and reporting to the Group Global Controller.
This position will work supporting and controlling all markets where Quadrante has operations, Portugal + MEA, Spain, Latam, Brazil & Chile, Romania & Eastern Europe and US.With both national and international operations, Quadrante offers a unique opportunity to develop a career in financial control within a dynamic and growing organization, with exposure to multiple business units and international environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of the Annual Budget and Forecast processes, collaborating with all markets;
Monitor and analyze deviations against Budget and Forecast, identifying key drivers and trends;
Assist in the monthly reporting process of entities and business units;
Support the preparation of Monthly Reports for the Executive Committee;
Monitor CAPEX execution;
Support the development and maintenance of KPIs and performance indicators;
Maintain and improve operational control tools (sales, production, costs), as well as business monitoring dashboards;
Support the analysis of business unit profitability in close collaboration with respective stakeholders;
Contribute to automationinitiatives and the simplification and optimization of financial processes;
ProfileDegree or Master's in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field;
2 to 3 years of professional experience in similar roles, preferably in consulting, audit, or multinational environments;
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice tools, particularly Excel;
Fluency in English and Spanish;
Knowledge of ERP systemsis valued;
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills;
High level of autonomy, dynamism, and strong organizational and planning capabilities;
