Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our editorial team to develop and submit proposals to top-tier journals.
* Define the theme, scope, and editorial plan for each special issue.
* Work closely with journal offices to ensure smooth execution.
* Provide academic leadership during special issue organization, focusing on logistics rather than peer-review decisions.
Requirements:
* A strong publication record in top-tier journals.
* Prior experience as a guest editor or special issue proposal lead is highly desirable.
* Associate Professor/Professor level preferred.
* Excellent English academic communication skills.
