Base salary + uncapped commission : Your earnings grow with your results.
Earn €38K+ in year one and €61K+ by year two.
Top performers are making more than 80k.

Who We're Looking For:
1–5 years of experience in any client-facing role: sales, telesales, account management, real estate, hospitality, customer service, retail, tourism, events, or similar
Resilience, energy and a results-driven attitude
A real hunger to build a successful, long-term career
Willingness to commit fully on-site in Malta and be part of something great
