At DECOSPAN GROUP you can do both! As Maintenance Technician, you work on technical interventions and preventative tasks.
What does that mean, you ask?
You always work together with 2 technicians in 1 shift You help operators by fixing their machines if they break down By following checklists, you flag and avoid future breakdowns Together with the engineering team, you work on the installation of new production lines You adjust 'older' production lines to give them a facelift & upgrade But really, what does my job look like on a day-to-day basis?
Detect, analyze and solve mechanical blockages Report your interventions in the list to inform colleagues Check sensors and brake settings Read mechanical, electrical, and pneumatical schemes Fix broken electrical cables Replace broken bearings Maintain conveyors and production lines Flag maintenance tasks to your supervisor to keep machines in excellent and original state Revise circuits & motors And many many more interesting technical tasks The candidate of our dreams Has a background in mechanics, electricity, or electromechanics with 2 years of hands-on experience Has an open mind to learn new techniques and a can-do attitude Is an authentic communicator and loves to share knowledge Is willing to work 2 shifts Why Decospan?
