Logoplaste is looking for an experiencedFinancial Controllerto take ownership of~€40 M of Group overheads , partnering with key functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Facilities.This is ahigh-impact, high-visibility role , working closely with senior stakeholders (including Ex Com), where you will not only ensure financial discipline but alsochallenge the business and drive efficiency.Job Summary
The Financial Controller – Support Areas / Overheads reports directly to the regional controller or Head of Corporate Planning and Controlling, and works closely with the VP Operations. The role is responsible for the Country management accounts and all aspects of finance related to the country business.Key tasks & Activities:Leadbudgetingandforecastingprocesses for support functions, ensuring alignment with business targetsPerformvariance analysis , identifyingdeviationsand drivingcorrective actionsManage and optimizeoverhead cost allocationacross cost and profit centersAct as abusiness partnerto functional teams,supporting and challenging stakeholders on cost controlIdentifycost-saving opportunitiesand improve resource allocation efficiencyEnsure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of financial data and classificationSupport and challenge month‐end closing activitiesin collaboration with AccountingBackground and ExperienceDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent;+5 years of experience in ControllingStrong knowledge of management and analytical accountingHands‐on experience with cost centers and profit centersTechnical SkillsSolid Knowledge of MS Office with Advanced Excel;Proven experience using SAP is a plus;Strong understanding offinancial analysis, budgeting, and cost allocationInterpersonal SkillsHigh level of proactivity and ability to influence senior stakeholdersStronganalytical and critical thinking skillsStrongbusiness partnering mindsetAbility to work in adynamic, fast‐paced environmentWell‐organized, with strongplanning and prioritization skillsAdaptability acrossfunctions and hierarchical levels
