Sysmatch is a leading IT consultancy and outsourcing company seeking an experienced Generative AI developer. As a key team member, you will focus on building innovative generative AI applications in the financial domain.
Responsibilities:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Proven experience in developing generative AI systems
* Knowledge of collaborative multi-agent systems using LangGraph or Semantic Kernel
* Expertise in Python programming with emphasis on efficiency and scalability
* Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into AI workflows
* Hands-on skills with Microsoft Azure services: Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Search
* Familiarity with AWS services is a plus
* Skilled in designing complex pipelines that handle both structured and unstructured data
* Experience in creating autonomous AI agents with advanced memory handling capabilities
* Proficient in DevOps practices including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and observability tools in regulated environments
