We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic hardware development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile project management and be able to facilitate smooth execution of Scrum processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Facilitating Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.

* Supporting the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.

* Promoting the Scrum Framework by advocating for and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.

* Removing impediments that hinder team productivity.
">
* Fostering team collaboration by encouraging effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.

* Ensuring transparency through tools like sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and other Scrum artifacts.

* Driving continuous improvement by helping the team identify areas for enhancement during retrospectives and implementing actionable solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level.

* A true Agile mindset and basic knowledge of product development.

* Proactive, practical, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
">
* Conflict management experience is a plus.
">
* Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.

* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

* 1-2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role (preferred but not required).

* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
