We're seeking an individual with a passion for technology and problem-solving, who can provide first-level technical support for our team.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity, as well as onboarding and offboarding new employees. You'll also assist senior IT staff with routine tasks like monitoring network performance and checking logs.
