As a member of our technical support team, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll help customers navigate various issues related to software setup, device synchronization, and product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Offer high-quality support to customers across different channels
* Guide users through complex technical problems like software installation and device connectivity
* Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
* Deliver timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer requests simultaneously
Requirements and Qualifications
* Fluent French speaker with good English language skills
* Interest in music-related products and digital software solutions
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team
* Willingness to relocate to Porto and adapt to local customs
* Valid Portuguese work permit required

* Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week

o With accommodation: €1,040 gross/month (dependent on experience)
o Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month
