What you’ll do:
* Coordinate the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
* Scout, evaluate, and negotiate with influencers across different platforms.
* Handle contracts, manage costs, and oversee internal approval processes.
* Collaborate closely with creative, legal, and global teams to align messaging and campaign strategies.
* Track campaign performance, gather insights, and help evolve the influencer program.
Who we’re looking for:
* You have completed your studies (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field.
* You have experience with digital marketing, strategic marketing, business development, or influencer marketing.
* You are driven to make a difference and committed to excellence.
* You possess strong analytical skills and are data-driven.
* You work independently, structured, and reliably.
* You enjoy taking initiative and tackling tasks independently.
* You are confident, communicative, and open in your approach.
* You seek continuous personal development.
* You are fluent in English and Portuguese.
