Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Manager to oversee all customs-related processes in our EMEA markets.
The ideal candidate will ensure seamless import and export operations, maintain compliance with legal regulations, and develop efficient customs status. We require a dedicated professional with a strong understanding of EU preferential trade schemes, Global Tariff, and Tax implications.
This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external service providers, reporting directly to the Senior Team Lead Customs. As a Trade Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing customs-related processes, including imports and exports;
* Maintaining existing customs status (AEO) and developing related processes;
* Coordinating with customs offices and ensuring accurate supplier declarations;
* Planning, organizing, and dispatching transports with a focus on intermodal transports (SEA, Rail, Air).
To succeed in this position, you should have 2+ years of experience working on Customs topics, preferably in Logistics or Retail industry. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be action-driven, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in Customs management;
* Strong knowledge of EU preferential trade schemes, Global Tariff, and Tax implications;
* Experience in AEO program support and customs audits;
* Action-driven and able to work in a changing environment;
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
