Our company is a multinational French entity that has been operating in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto, specializing in Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems. We operate across various sectors, including banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transports.

You will be responsible for defining the roadmap for our consumer savings app. This includes prioritizing tasks, improving user experience, and ensuring the product delivers real value to users.

* Own the roadmap for the consumer savings app—defining priorities, improving UX, and ensuring the product delivers real value to users;
\
* Lead discovery work to understand savings behavior, identify pain points, and test new features, working with the commercial team to grow deposits;
\
* Use customer insights and data to guide decision-making, measure performance, and iterate on the products you build and manage;
\
* Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure product features align with regulatory requirements;
\
* Partner with engineers and designers to ship products quickly and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
\
\
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field (MBA or equivalent useful but not essential);
\
* 5+ years of experience in product management with experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment;
\
* Experience building mobile products, with savings or personal finance;
\
* A track record of designing or improving internal systems and tooling in partnership with ops and engineering teams;
\
* Strong understanding of financial operations, compliance needs, and how to manage operational risk through good design;
\
* Confident working with data—able to interpret user and performance metrics to inform product decisions;
\
* Strong communication and collaboration skills—you bring people together and get things done;
\
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and willing to get hands-on when needed;
\
* Good English Knowledge (Written and Spoken).
