Aims of the role:You will be the operational maestro that puts our plans into action.
We are looking for someone who can build on our work until today, and bring forward the experience and expertise to level-up our operations.
Key Responsibilities Planning, pre-production and field production for our in-person events for both public and private clients.
Project management: Overseeing the production process, from pre-production, to field, to post-production.Managing a team of between 6 and 8 events crew.Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and new processes.Ensuring established quality standards are met, and that our customers have an amazing experience!Suppliers and partners research and management.
Taking an active role in expansion and development plans.
Venues Research And Communication.Production, Timetables And Payments Reports.Essential Requirements.
We'd love to talk to you if you have: Strong leadership and communication skills with teams, customers, and partners.Previous management and team leadership experience.Problem-solving and decision-making: The ability to identify and resolve problems independently.At least 3 years of experince leading event production.Proficiency in English and Portuguese .Excellent organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Desirable skills and experienceKnowledge of music projects and local musicians.Experience dealing with public entities Experience working in projects that are growing and expanding.
