Job Title: Key Account Builder
You will be responsible for growing our customer base by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities:
* Develop a target market strategy to expand your customer portfolio through various channels,
* Pursue proactive sales opportunities,
* Collaborate with the growth team to identify cross-selling opportunities within your existing customer base.
Community Development and Growth:
As a key account builder, you will develop and maintain relationships with external partners to cater to your customers' needs and expand our business scope:
* Activate and retain a community of partners (freelancers, consulting firms, recruitment agencies, etc),
* Evaluate the match between your customers' requirements and providers' proposals (from recruitment to delivery),
* Maintain strong business relationships with your partners and customers,
* Monitor current projects within your scope.
Candidate Requirements:
* High academic achievement with a Master's degree,
* A results-driven entrepreneurial mindset focused on leading our company's growth in a new region,
* Excellent communication skills and ability to drive results,
* Fluency in English and Portuguese languages,
* Knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus for enhancing productivity.
