Strong expertise inDemand Management processes and ITIL practices
Solid understanding ofproduct portfolios and IT service delivery models
Ability toalign business needs with IT solutions and strategy
Experience instakeholder management in multicultural environments
Knowledge ofproject/program delivery and portfolio prioritization
Responsibilities:
Manage demand intake, qualification, and scoping for Workplace products
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify appropriate solutions and ensure correct demand allocation
Support demand planning activities, including resource allocation and prioritization
Monitor the demand lifecycle, ensuring progress tracking, reporting, and proper closure
Act as the main interface between business and IT teams, ensuring effective delivery of solutions
