Objectives
Support the VW Bank IT team in following and assuring compliance with guidelines and policies regarding IT governance, reporting, regulation, and IT security, both locally and as defined by Volkswagen Group policies.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow-up on local security risks and define control measures for IS content;
- Promote best practices in security controls through organization of security awareness trainings;
- Implement and monitor a proper ISMS (Information Security Management System);
- Identify and assess local laws and regulatory requirements affecting IT in coordination with CICO;
- Identify new or changed subgroup-wide requirements (IT Minimum Standards) with the Head of IT;
- Monitor IT compliance requirements status;
- Support the team in executing and deploying IT Coordination activities within VW Bank responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science or Electronics;
- Experience in Information Security is a plus;
- ISO27001 certification is a plus but not mandatory;
- Experience in IT security architecture;
- Understanding of enterprise IT security architecture, processes, and best practices;
- Proactive and solution-oriented;
- Dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented;
- Team player with good team spirit.
