Our daily responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Customer Support team with daily backup tasks and general administrative support
* Managing key retail accounts in collaboration with the Customer Support team
* Handling transport incidents and preparation issues in coordination with our logistics partner in Spain
* Coordinating customer scrap collection processes in Portugal
To succeed in this role, you should have technical qualifications in Management, Sales, Logistics, or similar. Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Office tools is also essential, as well as good knowledge of English. Familiarity with digital platforms and tools is required.
A good understanding of Spanish will be regarded as an advantage. Previous experience in managing customer incidents or solving customers' issues is valuable.
