Role:
As a Hemmersbach Technician you will be a direct customer contact for various requirements.
Help users with their problems and requests.
Analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up and remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
Log the approach and the solution to problems in a ticketing system.
Provide local support to resident technicians and remote support to the rest of the headquarters of the Corporate Group, according to demand.
Interact with external service providers.
Attend weekly telephone conferences with the international team (in English).
Provide meeting rooms support.
Requirements:
Minimum of two to three (2-3) years with direct PC and Laptop Hardware Service experience
Ability to build relationships
Excellent time management skill
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Solid knowledge of English (B2)
