We are looking for an innovative DevOps Engineer - Tech Lead to play a key role in leading the technological components of our development teams in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices by development teams.
* Review code and establish coding standards to maintain high software quality.
* Automate development and deployment processes, promoting efficiency and agility.
* Provide technical guidance to the team, fostering an environment of learning and continuous improvement.
Main Requirements:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development for web and mobile architectures.
* At least 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
* 3 or more years of experience in the financial market (highly valued).
* Experience with Continuous Integration/Testing/Delivery/Deployment tools and processes (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes).
* Strong knowledge of SOA and microservices architecture.
* Familiarity with technologies such as Java, C, or .NET, and development frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js, React.js, Bootstrap).
* Knowledge of security practices (TLS, SSL, OAuth, OpenID) and databases (relational and non-relational).
* Experience with unit and integration testing (JUnit) and code quality analysis tools (Checkmarx).
* Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace) and infrastructure (servers, networks, Linux/Windows).
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
