What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
* Experience with IT Configuration and Asset Management processes;
* Familiarity with CMDB, Asset Discovery tools, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.);
* Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills;
* Fluency in English;
* Work permit in Portugal (mandatory).
