WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Use modeling tools and analysis to identify business IT needs.
Handle multiple systems to deliver business objectives.
Create IT project plans.
Assist with software integration with ServiceNow.
Train staff on new processes, software, and systems.
Hold a Master's degree in Information Systems and/or Computer Science.
Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in ITSM and/or CSM Modules.
Demonstrate experience working in complex organizations and Agile environments.
Certification in ServiceNow, CIS-ITSM, CISSP or equivalent certifications are assets.
Collect, analyze, and prioritize requests, anticipating potential issues during evolution.
Regularly follow up on project status for sponsors and direct leaders.
Ensure functional testing of assigned subjects.
Be fluent in English.
