What You'll Do:
The IT Consultant - Software Engineer Java/BPM will play a key role in the transition from a custom-built configuration to a modern BPM solution. The role will evolve over time:
Initial Phase (Software Configurator)
* Configure and maintain existing software setup.
* Leverage BPM expertise to prepare and support the migration project.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are aligned with the new BPM solution
Post-Migration Phase (BPM Specialist)
* Work fully within the chosen BPM solution (Flowable, Camunda, or Appway).
* Design, develop, and optimize business processes.
* Ensure ongoing improvements and system enhancements.
* Provide technical expertise and recommendations for process automation and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven hands-on experience with BPM platforms such as Flowable, Camunda, Appway, or similar.
* Strong understanding of process modeling, configuration, and BPM lifecycle.
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
* Language: English- Fluent any other language would be a plus
Nice-to-Have
* Certification in Flowable, Camunda, or Appway.

* Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
* Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Team-oriented mindset and capable of working in evolving project environments.
