Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our hotel's guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor common and restricted areas of the hotel, including entrances, corridors, car parks, leisure areas, and storage rooms.
* Supervise access control for visitors and suppliers, checking identities, authorizations, and entry/exit times.
* Support in emergency situations, assisting with evacuations, first aid, and calling external services as needed.
* Supervise the security team, ensuring they are correctly positioned and complying with protocols.
* Regularly inspect security equipment, checking cameras, alarms, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting.
* Record and report incidents, suspicious behavior, or operational failures for analysis by the manager.
* Monitor internal events, ensuring security at parties, meetings, and conventions held at the hotel.
Requirements:
