Sodexo seeks a seasoned executive to lead relationships with key partners, drive client and customer connections, and provide strategic guidance on service delivery.
* Develop and maintain high-level relationships with partners across regions.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at MSD and Sodexo.
* Provide thought leadership on IFM service delivery and act as a subject matter expert.
* Point of escalation for all issues within the CSA markets.
* Implement business improvement processes, standardize and improve the CSA business model.
* Support business growth in the CSA markets.
* Manage relationships at all levels to work effectively across Sodexo Management Teams and CSA Partners.
* Clearly articulate expectations and coordinate with CSA Partners.
* Act as the strategic interface between Sodexo Accounts Directors and CSA Partners.
* Responsible for coordinating delivery of MSD business targets and annual priorities while maintaining contractual and service compliance.
* Liaison and coordination with in-country/regional management and operational teams.
* Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high-performing team to agreed standards.
* Responsible for day-to-day coordination of services to MSD by CSA Partners, aligned with overall account strategy.
* Collaborate with country teams and country subject matter experts via matrix structure.
