The Sales Director will be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with key wholesalers and EPCs/Developers in Spain and Portugal.
* Execute the regional sales business plan to drive growth in Iberia.
* Stay abreast of market trends and activities to inform sales strategy in Spain and Portugal.
* Pursue new sales opportunities in the region through proactive outreach and engagement.
* Nurture and expand existing business relationships with medium and large wholesalers and EPCs.
* Lead pre-sales activities to secure large equipment supply deals.
* Generate sales and technical quotations for clients.
* Establish and maintain strong business relationships with new clients, negotiating favorable terms.
* Oversee and develop a team of skilled sales professionals.
* Foster connections with relevant partners in the solar and PV industry.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of solar and photovoltaic technology, direct experience in sales management, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
