OysterLink is a rapidly growing restaurant and hospitality job site that has recently launched. The site attracts over 300,000 monthly visitors organically, and we aim to reach millions within two years.
We are seeking a forward-thinking and hands-on Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, excellent English communication skills, and the following expertise:
* Email marketing, marketing automations, and retargeting
* CRO and onsite personalization
* Google Analytics and reporting
The goals for this position include ensuring qualified candidates sign up and create free profiles, and getting hiring managers to post jobs regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 7+ years of experience growing brands online, proven by improving CRO results
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Hands-on digital marketing skills and expertise in at least two marketing channels
* Strong copywriting and funnel optimization skills
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
* Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
* Retention marketing expertise (lifecycle marketing, churn reduction strategies)
* User growth tactics (scalable acquisition strategies for job seekers and hiring managers)
* Competitor and audience targeting (lookalike audiences, competitor traffic tools)
* Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
