We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to facilitate digital product delivery and ERP/CRM transformation projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional development teams as a Scrum Master
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups
* Promote continuous improvement and remove delivery blockers
* Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog
* Track team velocity, report KPIs, and manage sprint delivery
* Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values, roles, and responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
* Strong background in IT, ideally with experience in ERP, CRM, or custom digital solutions
* Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM) is mandatory
* Experience in coaching teams and leading Agile transformations
* Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Fluency in English and Portuguese
