Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the travel industry.
1. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling supplier relations, resolving quality issues, and planning tour activities before the season starts.
2. Key responsibilities include booking services with local suppliers, handling administrative tasks, providing sales updates, and resolving quality issues.
3. The Operations Coordinator will also be required to book and confirm arrival and departure transfers, as well as special arrangements for individual passengers.
* Required Skills:
* 2+ years' experience in travel and tourism (incoming tour operator preferred)
* Fluent English and Portuguese, with Spanish as an asset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with cloud storage and OneDrive is preferred
* Experience with Amadeus platform preferred
* Strong people skills and customer care orientation
* Ability to respect deadlines and prioritize tasks
