The Opportunity You will be joining the Events & Lamps Team and help to plan and implement the territory brand activation initiatives, according to the approved strategy and activation plan, ensure budget accuracy and internal practices, to guarantee critical metric accomplishment, within a multi category approach.
Your 'day To Day'SCOUTING AND MAPPING OF INITIATIVES Develop the plan for the Territory, taking into consideration market analysis & dynamics, driven activities, trade structure, brand, and consumer data, as well as required resources and expected results, to improve volume and profit growth.
Continuously seek for new opportunities that drives our brands and products awareness and normalization, based on a concrete and existing plan, while collaborating closely with FSF to leverage on harmonies.
Territory plan & execution.
Implement Plan initiatives (namely Events, LAMP, and respective agreements), according to Deployment guidelines and national plan, to drive multi category consumer engagement, ensuring excellency in execution.
Cultivate profitable joint business relations with touchpoint owners, staff, and Event organizers, providing professional and high quality services.
Recruit, select, train and lead Hostesses team.
Handle hosts agencies in what regards all activations logistics and operation.
STAKEHOLDERS ENGAGEMENT Ensure accurate welcoming and follow through with main Business Partners from Events/LAMPs (namely Trade Partners, Trend setters, etc).
BUDGET & KPIs Execution and control of activation budget, ensuring no overspend or underspend YE.
Supervise relevant channel important metrics, integrating top-down OB and bottom-up inputs.
Ensure that all initiatives improve return on investment.
What Are We Looking For A University degree, preferably in Management, Economics, Marketing, Communication or Design.
Proficient in Portuguese and English.
EU work permit.
2/3 years proven track record with Customer Experience, focusing on events management.
Good communication and collaborative skills.
Strong social and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about connecting the dots, providing support on delivery of centric insights.
Organization skills and attention to details - Task oriented; ability to meet deadlines and work independently
