Helping Clients
We are looking for a customer service representative to help our clients with their questions about TV, internet and landline telephony.
Your task:
* Answer client calls about internet, TV and landline telephony
* Solve puzzles: from simple questions to complex problems
You won't be alone. You have a database with the right tools and helpful colleagues. With dissatisfied clients, you'll rarely come across each other.
The questions you will handle are diverse. Here are some examples:
* My invoice is higher than usual, do you know why?
* I have received my Home package, but I am not able to get the modem installed. Can you help me?
* My internet connection is weak and sometimes drops out, what can I do?
* I don't have any services and there are no lights on the modem, is there a malfunction?
As an added value, we offer a paid full-time training of 2 weeks to learn everything. After this training, you will go to work as a self-made professional!
