Key Responsibilities
* Define the company's annual plan, control expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
* Manage the annual budget and prepare monthly forecasts.
* Develop reports analyzing management indicators, productivity, and company performance.
* Support internal process optimization aligned with best practices for operational efficiency.
* Participate in project initiation phases to analyze client needs and assign tasks to the most suitable team.
* Monitor projects, oversee audits by project teams, and participate in final decision-making committees.
* Develop commercial relationships with associated companies.
* Identify potential business partners and, in coordination with management, define outreach strategies to expand company results and revenues.
* Set objectives and strategies to present to the Board of Directors.
* Create an action plan to modernize the company's digital presence.
* Lead and oversee a senior and specialized team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Higher education in Engineering or Management.
* Previous experience in a similar role or in performing most of the responsibilities listed above.
* Strong communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation.
* Ease in interpersonal relationships and empathy.
* Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
* Good command of English.
