Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Defining marketing strategies, including channel selection, budget allocation, setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting;
2. Managing budgets and campaigns across digital channels to ensure strong ROI and efficient CAC;
3. Monitoring advertising performance across search engines, websites, and platforms;
4. Driving innovation by suggesting and testing new channels or ideas;
5. Reviewing and recommending changes to improve conversion rates, such as website flow, testing opportunities, and product ideas;
6. Benchmarking competitor advertising efforts regularly.
Qualifications and skills required:
1. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with successful campaign implementation across channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads, Tiktok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Looker Studio, Adveronix, or email marketing tools is a plus;
2. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for campaign tracking;
3. Strong ability to derive insights from data;
4. Native-level spoken and written English;
5. Experience with e-commerce brands is advantageous;
6. Experience with A/B testing and a goal-oriented mindset;
7. Effective interpersonal relationship management skills;
8. Positive attitude and good heart.
Preferred qualities:
1. Curiosity and proactive attitude, with a desire to learn, experiment, and innovate;
2. Experience managing monthly budgets of 5+ digits;
3. Team-oriented, enjoys knowledge sharing;
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for original marketing opportunities.
